Recommended Dosage
Research dosing: 50–100 mg/day for 4–6 weeks. Beginners start at 50 mg, advanced users 100 mg. Above 100 mg/day side-effect load rises without proportional gain. Cycle length beyond 6 weeks not defensible — liver enzymes climb too steeply.
How It Works
17α-alkylated DHT-derivative. Does not directly aromatise, but the molecule has progestagenic activity that mimics oestrogen at the receptor level — gyno risk is real despite “not aromatising”. Potent AR binder. Major effect on erythropoiesis (RBC, hematocrit). Fast strength and scale gains, partly water, partly lean mass.
Pharmacokinetics
Plasma half-life approximately 9 hours. Single morning dose acceptable; split dose for smoother plasma curve. Among the most hepatotoxic of common AAS — ALT/AST monitoring at week 2 and week 4 mandatory. TUDCA 500 mg/day from day 1.
Potential Side Effects
Liver stress is the primary concern. Gyno-like effects from progestagenic activity even without oestrogen conversion — Nolvadex 10 mg/day on-cycle is prudent. Water retention, BP elevation. HDL drops sharply. Hematocrit climbs — monitor for erythrocytosis.

Mass-cycle kickstart, 4–6 weeks. Classic pairing: oxymetholone 50–100 mg/day weeks 1–4 + test E 500 mg/week for 12+ weeks + nandrolone 400 mg/week. Drop the oral at week 4, continue injectables. Not for cutting or standalone.
