These terms govern every purchase and visit to vitalquests.org. Placing an order means you’ve read and accepted them. Plain language throughout — no hidden gotchas, no fine-print traps.

1. Who Can Buy
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- You confirm that importing and possessing the compounds you order is either lawful, personally permitted, or lawful for research use in your country of delivery.
- You are not ordering on behalf of a government agency, investigative journalist, or anti-doping body without disclosing that role.
2. Research-Use Only
All compounds sold through this Site are intended for laboratory and in vitro research. They are not medicines, are not approved by the FDA, EMA, or any national drug regulator for human consumption, and are not labelled for therapeutic or diagnostic use. Product descriptions, dosage references, and cycle examples in our guides and FAQ are provided for educational and harm-reduction purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified clinician before using any performance-enhancing substance in or on your body.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed 24/7. We accept:
- Cash on delivery in countries where our courier partners offer it (the default and most private option).
- SEPA bank transfer for EU customers.
- Cryptocurrency (BTC or USDT-TRC20) via our self-hosted BTCPay server — see the Crypto Payment Guide.
Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Volume discounts are calculated automatically. Shipping fees are itemised at checkout before order confirmation.
3.1 Crypto payment mechanics
Cryptocurrency payments generate a unique receive address and an exchange-rate-locked amount valid for 15 minutes. Underpayment by more than the network fee invalidates the order; overpayment is refunded within 24 hours (see Refund & Returns). Crypto transactions are irreversible once broadcast — double-check the address before sending.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Customs
See the Shipping & Delivery page for regions, costs, and timelines. One free customs reshipment per customer per calendar year applies — see the Refund & Returns policy for qualifying conditions.
You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs-declaration obligations in your country. Compounds that are scheduled substances in your jurisdiction remain your legal responsibility to import; our courier partners transport parcels but do not declare contents on behalf of the recipient.
5. Cancellations and Returns
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch. After dispatch, the Refund & Returns policy governs eligibility (damage, wrong item, customs seizure, and lab-verified not-as-described qualify).
6. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Vital Quests is not liable for adverse physiological effects, legal consequences, or financial losses arising from your use, misuse, self-administration, or onward sale of products ordered through this Site.
- Our total liability for any dispute is capped at the price paid for the order giving rise to the claim, plus any shipping fees you incurred.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or mandatory statutory rights you hold as a consumer under EU law.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Vital Quests harmless from any third-party claim (including from your personal trainer, a doping-control authority, a regulator, or your employer) that arises from your conduct after taking delivery of a product. This indemnification applies to the extent that the claim does not stem from our own negligence or a product defect covered by section 1 of the refund policy.
8. Intellectual Property
Every element of this Site — product photography, harm-reduction FAQs, cycle guides, glossary entries, schema structures, and layout — is our original work or properly licensed. Reuse requires written permission. Quoting for review, journalism, or academic purposes is permitted with a visible backlink.
9. User-Submitted Content
Reviews, testimonials, contact-form submissions, and support emails you send us may be quoted anonymously for marketing or educational use unless you opt out. To opt out, include “DO NOT QUOTE” in the message. We never republish customer names, locations, or order specifics without explicit permission.
10. Account Security
If you register an account, you’re responsible for keeping credentials private. Notify us immediately at support@vitalquests.org if you suspect unauthorised access. We offer WebAuthn two-factor authentication for accounts that place orders above €500.
11. Changes to These Terms
Material changes are announced 14 days before they take effect, either by email to registered customers or a banner on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where Vital Quests is registered. Disputes are first escalated to support for informal resolution. Formal disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent EU member-state courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold as a private buyer in your country of residence.
13. Severability
If any clause is held unenforceable by a court, the remaining clauses stay in force. No waiver of any term operates as a waiver of any other.
