Every Protocol Assumes You've Done Three Things

These cycle write-ups are not shortcuts — they're templates. They work when the foundational work is already in place. Skip any of the three and you're running a protocol blind.

    Baseline bloodwork

    Pull a full panel (total T, free T, E2 sensitive, LH, FSH, prolactin, ALT/AST, lipid panel, CBC) before cycle day 1. Without a baseline you can't tell normal from a problem.
