Vital Quests is a European research-compound retailer built for people who want pharmaceutical-grade material, transparent lab reports, and a supply chain that treats customer privacy as the default — not an upgrade.
The Problem We Started With
The research-compound market is full of underdosed, mislabelled, and outright counterfeit product. Most sellers hide behind anonymous Telegram handles with no accountability, no lab data, and no recourse if a vial is off. Buyers — whether serious researchers, clinicians, or experienced end-users — deserved a supplier that behaved like a real business without demanding the trade-offs (KYC, cards, ad tracking) that “real businesses” normally impose.
We built Vital Quests to be that supplier. Every decision — from cash-on-delivery as the default payment option, to self-hosted analytics with IP anonymisation, to 30-day address deletion — is an answer to a specific failure mode we watched other vendors commit.
How We Operate
Quality control
- Every batch from every partner lab is third-party HPLC-tested before it goes on sale. Certificates of Analysis are linkable from each product page.
- We maintain a rotating panel of five independent testing labs — no single lab ever audits its own supplier. Batches that fail retest by a second lab are pulled from inventory immediately.
- Sterile injectables undergo endotoxin testing (LAL) in addition to potency assays. Orals are checked for dissolution uniformity, not just active-ingredient mass.
Sourcing
- We partner exclusively with manufacturers operating under GMP or equivalent quality-management systems.
- We disclose the brand on every product listing — no white-label repackaging, no mystery-labs.
- When a partner’s output drops in quality, we delist the brand and notify customers who bought the affected batch.
Privacy architecture
- Addresses and phone numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and purged 30 days after delivery confirmation.
- No credit card data ever touches our systems — cash-on-delivery and cryptocurrency cover every sale.
- No Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok tag, or affiliate tracker runs on the Site.
- Self-hosted Matomo provides aggregate traffic metrics with IP anonymisation and zero persistent cookies. The full approach is documented on the Data Privacy & Security page.
Harm Reduction Is Built In
We treat our customer base as adults making informed decisions about substances that carry real physiological risk. Pretending otherwise — by hiding side-effect information behind a paywall or obscuring dosing science — causes more harm than it prevents. Our catalogue is paired with:
- A free, open harm-reduction FAQ covering reconstitution, post-cycle therapy, bloodwork interpretation, and side-effect management.
- A pharmacology glossary with 30+ referenced entries — each linked to peer-reviewed sources where available.
- Cycle and stack protocol guides written in a clinical, conservative tone. No “30 mg of dianabol for 20 weeks” content here.
- A reviewer panel including medical professionals whose credentials are listed on each article they approve.

Team and Advisors
Vital Quests is a small team: operations, fulfilment, content, and support. For medical and pharmacological review, we retain three external advisors on retainer — an MD specialising in men’s endocrinology, a PharmD with sports-medicine focus, and a harm-reduction educator active in European drug-policy reform. Individual credentials appear on every reviewed article.
What We Don’t Do
- We don’t sell to people claiming use of our products to coach minors.
- We don’t give individualised dosing prescriptions over support — questions like “how much test should I run?” are answered with education and a pointer to a clinician, not a number.
- We don’t promise results. Genetics, training, nutrition, and consistency determine outcome; compounds are a multiplier, not a substitute.
- We don’t run affiliate programs that reward influencers for volume. Referrals come with a discount code for the referee only.
