Description
Sildenafil 50 mg Androlex — sildenafil from Androlex at 50 mg. PDE5 inhibitor for erectile support; 30–60 minutes before activity on empty stomach. Not a daily medication.
Key Benefits
- PDE5 inhibitor — original oral ED medication (Viagra)
- Shorter action than tadalafil (~4–6 hour window)
- Rapid onset: 30–60 minutes
- Oral on-demand dosing
- Available in multiple formulations (tablets, chewable, oral jelly)
- Each unit dosed at 50 mg — see Recommended Dosage below for protocol-specific intake
Recommended Dosage
Clinical dosing: 50 mg 30–60 minutes before anticipated activity; titrate to 25 mg or 100 mg based on response. Max 1 dose per 24 hours. Take on empty stomach for fastest onset.
How It Works
Selective PDE5 inhibitor. Prolongs cGMP-mediated smooth-muscle relaxation. Requires sexual stimulation to initiate NO release; does not cause spontaneous erection. First clinically-approved oral ED drug (1998).
Pharmacokinetics
Plasma half-life approximately 4 hours. Effective window 4–6 hours. High-fat meals delay absorption significantly — take on empty stomach for reliable onset.
Potential Side Effects
Headache (most common), flushing, nasal congestion, visual disturbances (bluish tinge, light sensitivity — dose-dependent). Never combine with nitrates. Priapism (erection > 4 h) rare but requires ER visit.
Cycle & Stacking Guide
On-demand use. Daily-dosing protocols (25 mg/day) less established than tadalafil. Stacks with PT-141 for additive effect. Not a scheduled protocol compound.
Manufacturer Notes
Androlex is a Moldovan producer focused on injectable AAS at standard concentrations. Each vial carries a batch-traceable code verifiable through their distributor network.
Storage & Handling
Store in the original blister or bottle at 15–25 °C, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Oral preparations lose potency faster if exposed to moisture; keep the desiccant (if included) with the tablets. Keep out of reach of children. For research and educational purposes only.
