Description

PT 141 10 mg Canada Peptiden (injectie) — Manufactured to exacting pharmaceutical standards, a synthetic analog of alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH) that produces skin darkening (tanning) without UV exposure. It also has notable effects on libido enhancement and appetite suppression. PT-141 (Bremelanotide) is a derivative focused specifically on sexual function enhancement. This formulation is dosed at 10 mg per unit.

Key Benefits

  • Synthetic melanocortin agonist — MC3/MC4R selective
  • On-demand libido enhancement without cardiovascular effect
  • Subcutaneous injection 45 minutes before desired effect
  • Approved (Vyleesi) for female hypoactive sexual desire disorder
  • Off-label male use for sexual function enhancement
  • Each unit dosed at 10 mg — see Recommended Dosage below for protocol-specific intake

Recommended Dosage

Clinical dosing: 1.75 mg SubQ 45 minutes before anticipated sexual activity. Maximum 1 dose per 24 hours, 8 doses per month. Research/male protocols: 1–2 mg SubQ as needed.

How It Works

Synthetic cyclic peptide, MC3/MC4 receptor agonist. Acts centrally on brain melanocortin pathways to enhance libido and sexual response. Distinct from PDE5 inhibitors (Viagra/Cialis) which act peripherally on vasodilation.

Pharmacokinetics

Plasma half-life approximately 2.7 hours. Effect onset 45 minutes post-injection, duration 6–10 hours. Reconstituted vial stable in fridge 6 weeks.

Potential Side Effects

Transient blood-pressure elevation (monitor if hypertensive). Nausea in 40% of first-time users. Facial flushing. Skin hyperpigmentation with repeated dosing — MC1R activation side-effect.

Cycle & Stacking Guide

On-demand use; not a scheduled protocol. Stacks with PDE5 inhibitors if erectile function is also a concern (different mechanisms, additive effect). Not for daily use.

Manufacturer Notes

Canada Peptiden is an independent producer in the research-compound market. Before first use, request the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis and confirm the vial’s tamper-evident seal is intact.

Storage & Handling

Store at recommended temperature (15–25°C; peptides and HGH at 2–8°C after reconstitution). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. For research and educational purposes only.
