Description

AICAR 50 mg Peptide Sciences — Backed by a rigorous commitment to quality, this research-grade peptide is designed for targeted physiological enhancement through specific receptor activation. Peptides offer precise biological signaling for recovery optimization, hormonal support, healing, or body composition improvement with high selectivity. This formulation is dosed at 50 mg per unit.

Key Benefits

  • AMPK activator — exercise-mimetic metabolic effects
  • Endurance enhancement via mitochondrial biogenesis
  • Short half-life limits practical use window
  • Subcutaneous dosing around training sessions
  • Banned by WADA; research-grade use only
  • Each unit dosed at 50 mg — see Recommended Dosage below for protocol-specific intake

Recommended Dosage

Research dosing: 500 mg pre-training SubQ during endurance phases. Cycles 4–6 weeks. Not a long-run daily compound.

How It Works

AICAR (5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide) is an AMP-mimetic that activates AMPK, the cellular energy-status kinase. Mimics exercise at the signalling level — upregulates GLUT4, PPARδ, PGC-1α pathways. Exercise-mimetic properties in rodent models.

Pharmacokinetics

Plasma half-life approximately 60–90 minutes. Pre-training dosing only. Limited oral bioavailability — SubQ preferred.

Potential Side Effects

Limited long-term human data. Rodent studies favourable for endurance. WADA-prohibited substance. No documented HPTA impact.

Cycle & Stacking Guide

Pre-training research use, 4–6 week blocks. Stacks with cardarine or SR-9009 for endurance-focused recomp.

Manufacturer Notes

Peptide Sciences is a research-only peptide manufacturer with HPLC-verified purity documentation on every SKU. Vials are lyophilised and ship with a third-party assay report.

Storage & Handling

Store at recommended temperature (15–25°C; peptides and HGH at 2–8°C after reconstitution). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. For research and educational purposes only.
