Recommended Dosage

Research dosing: 100–200 mcg 2–3× daily SubQ. Pre-bed dosing amplifies the natural nocturnal GH pulse. Stack with CJC-1295 at equivalent dose. Cycles 8–12 weeks.

How It Works

Pentapeptide growth-hormone secretagogue. Binds ghrelin/GHS receptor on the pituitary, triggering GH release. Unlike GHRP-2/6, ipamorelin does not significantly elevate cortisol, prolactin, or aldosterone — cleaner mechanism.

Pharmacokinetics

Plasma half-life approximately 2 hours. Multiple daily doses required for continuous GH-pulse amplification. Reconstituted vial stable in fridge 4–6 weeks.

Potential Side Effects

Very clean. No hunger spikes (unlike GHRP-6). No cortisol or prolactin elevation (unlike GHRP-2). Mild injection-site reactions possible. Long-term high-dose use could theoretically downregulate receptors.
