Description

Infrajet (IGF-1) 50 mg Omstal Pharma — IGF-1 from Omstal Pharma at 50 mg. The primary downstream mediator of growth hormone action — drives muscle-cell proliferation (true hyperplasia), amino-acid uptake, and fatty-acid oxidation.

Key Benefits

  • Long-R3 IGF-1 analogue — extended half-life via Arg3 substitution
  • Direct IGF-1 receptor activation for satellite-cell recruitment
  • Bypass hepatic IGF-1 production for targeted muscle effect
  • Subcutaneous or site-injection protocols
  • Stacks with GH-axis compounds (HGH, CJC-1295) for synergy
  • Each unit dosed at 50 mg — see Recommended Dosage below for protocol-specific intake

Recommended Dosage

Research dosing: 40–60 mcg/day SubQ, split pre-workout and post-workout for training-day protocols. Cycles 4–6 weeks on / 2–4 weeks off to avoid receptor downregulation. Site-inject into target muscles for localised hypertrophy signals.

How It Works

IGF-1 with an Arg→Glu substitution at position 3 plus 13-amino-acid N-terminal extension. The modification reduces IGF-binding-protein affinity, dramatically extending free-IGF-1 exposure in plasma. Binds IGF-1R directly, triggering PI3K/Akt/mTOR anabolic signalling.

Pharmacokinetics

Plasma half-life approximately 20–30 hours — vs native IGF-1’s 10 minutes. Daily SubQ dosing adequate. Reconstituted vial stable in fridge 4–6 weeks. Freeze stock vial for longer storage.

Potential Side Effects

Hypoglycaemia during injection window — eat carbs within 30 minutes. Joint pain on long cycles (carpal tunnel-like). Receptor downregulation with continuous use — cycle on/off matters. Potential cancer-promotion signal on long runs — time-limited use.

Cycle & Stacking Guide

4-week cycles at 40–60 mcg/day pre/post workout. Pair with HGH for axis-level synergy or standalone for muscle-specific effect. Keep carbohydrate-rich snack at hand for hypoglycaemia.

Manufacturer Notes

Omstal Pharma produces research peptides and niche compounds. HPLC documentation available through distributor channels.

Storage & Handling

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) form: stable at 2–8 °C in the sealed vial for the duration printed on the label. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, store reconstituted solution at 2–8 °C and use within 30 days. Do not freeze reconstituted peptide — ice crystals denature the molecule. Keep out of reach of children. For research and educational purposes only.
