Recommended Dosage
Research dosing: PCT 50 mg/day for 2 weeks, then 25 mg/day for 2 weeks. Some protocols start at 100 mg/day for week 1 then drop. Less commonly used on-cycle (Nolva preferred for gyno prevention).
How It Works
Selective estrogen receptor modulator. Antagonises estrogen at the hypothalamus, which upregulates GnRH → LH → testicular testosterone output. Effective for restarting the HPTA after AAS-induced suppression.
Pharmacokinetics
Plasma half-life approximately 5 days. Once-daily dosing sufficient. Steady-state in 7–10 days.
Potential Side Effects
Mood effects (irritability, depression, emotional lability) in a subset of users — switch to Nolva if severe. Visual disturbances at high dose (blurring, aura) — reduce dose. Hot flashes and night sweats during initial titration.

PCT workhorse. Standard: 50/50/25/25 mg/day over 4 weeks, starting 14 days post-last-long-ester injection. Often paired with Nolva 20 mg/day for dual SERM action.
