Description

BPC 157 5 mg Selliza Pharma — BPC-157 from Selliza Pharma at 5 mg. Research peptide supporting tendon, ligament, and GI-lining repair. Local injection near the injury site amplifies effect.

Key Benefits

  • Tissue-repair peptide — gut, tendon, ligament, muscle
  • Synthetic fragment of body-protective compound from gastric juice
  • No HPTA effect, no aromatisation, no hepatotoxicity
  • Works systemically regardless of injection site
  • Stackable with any AAS cycle or standalone during recovery
  • Each unit dosed at 5 mg — see Recommended Dosage below for protocol-specific intake

Recommended Dosage

Research dosing: 250–500 mcg/day SubQ, split AM/PM for continuous coverage. Near-injury dosing sometimes preferred but systemic effect confirmed. Cycles 4–8 weeks for acute injury, up to 12 weeks for chronic tendinopathy.

How It Works

15-amino-acid synthetic fragment of body-protective compound (BPC) found in gastric juice. Mechanism: upregulates VEGF, promotes angiogenesis, accelerates fibroblast migration to injury sites, modulates nitric oxide pathways. Effective for gut, tendon, ligament, nerve, and muscle repair.

Pharmacokinetics

Plasma half-life approximately 4 hours. Once-daily dosing sufficient for most protocols; split AM/PM for continuous coverage on acute injuries. Reconstituted vial stable in fridge (2–8 °C) for 4–6 weeks.

Potential Side Effects

Very favourable safety profile. Mild injection-site irritation possible. No known systemic side-effects at research doses. No HPTA impact. No PCT required.

Cycle & Stacking Guide

Acute injury: 4–8 week course at 250–500 mcg/day. Chronic tendinopathy: 8–12 weeks. Stacks with TB-500 for broader healing synergy. Store lyophilised vial frozen; reconstituted vial fridge-only.

Manufacturer Notes

Selliza Pharma focuses on injectable blends with standardised concentrations. Tamper-evident vial caps; batch-date coded labels.

Storage & Handling

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) form: stable at 2–8 °C in the sealed vial for the duration printed on the label. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, store reconstituted solution at 2–8 °C and use within 30 days. Do not freeze reconstituted peptide — ice crystals denature the molecule. Keep out of reach of children. For research and educational purposes only.

Clinical Notes

Pentadecapeptide fragment of a human gastric juice protein (Body Protection Compound). Mechanism of action is incompletely characterised — documented effects include VEGFR-2 upregulation, NO-pathway modulation, and acceleration of tendon fibroblast proliferation in animal models. Human efficacy data is limited to case-series and off-label clinical reports; rigorous RCT data does not yet exist. Clinical picture consistent across anecdotal reports: accelerated soft-tissue healing (tendon, ligament) at 250–500 mcg/day subcutaneous; measurable effect on GI integrity (gastritis, inflammatory bowel reports). Site-specific subcutaneous injection close to the injury location is the empirical standard. Shelf-life post-reconstitution with bacteriostatic water is 4–6 weeks refrigerated. No documented side-effect profile at standard doses.
