Description
Peg MGF 5 mg Genheal — Mechano Growth Factor from Genheal at 5 mg. Splice variant of IGF-1 produced locally in muscle under mechanical load. Activates satellite cells for repair and growth at the training site.
Key Benefits
- Mechano Growth Factor — splice variant of IGF-1 (IGF-1Ec)
- Site-specific satellite-cell activation for localised hypertrophy
- PEGylated version extends half-life from minutes to ~48 hours
- SubQ or IM injection into target muscles
- Stacks with IGF-1 LR3 for complementary signalling
- Each unit dosed at 5 mg — see Recommended Dosage below for protocol-specific intake
Recommended Dosage
Research dosing: non-PEG MGF 200 mcg site-injection post-workout; PEG-MGF 200–400 mcg 2–3× weekly site or SubQ. Cycles 4–6 weeks. Target-muscle injection concentrates satellite-cell activation locally.
How It Works
IGF-1Ec splice variant naturally expressed in muscle tissue post-mechanical-stress. Triggers satellite-cell proliferation distinct from systemic IGF-1 action. PEGylation attaches polyethylene-glycol chain — dramatically extends serum half-life and reduces clearance.
Pharmacokinetics
Non-PEG MGF half-life approximately 7 minutes (signalling burst). PEG-MGF half-life approximately 48 hours — the practical research form. Reconstituted in fridge 4–6 weeks.
Potential Side Effects
Very clean profile. Mild injection-site reactions. No HPTA impact. Receptor desensitisation with continuous use — cycle structure matters. No endocrine suppression.
Cycle & Stacking Guide
Post-workout site-injection (non-PEG) or 2–3× weekly (PEG). Stack with IGF-1 LR3 or GH-axis peptides. 4–6 week cycles with 2-week breaks.
Manufacturer Notes
Genheal specialises in HGH, peptides, and research compounds. Lyophilised products ship with standard cold-chain documentation.
Storage & Handling
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) form: stable at 2–8 °C in the sealed vial for the duration printed on the label. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, store reconstituted solution at 2–8 °C and use within 30 days. Do not freeze reconstituted peptide — ice crystals denature the molecule. Keep out of reach of children. For research and educational purposes only.
