Recommended Dosage
Research dosing: loading phase 250–500 mcg/day SubQ until desired tan is achieved, typically 4–8 weeks. Maintenance: 250–500 mcg 2–3× weekly. Some researchers front-load 1 mg/day for 1 week to accelerate pigmentation.
