Description
Gonadorelin 2 mg Canada Peptides — gonadorelin (synthetic GnRH) from Canada Peptides at 2 mg. Acts directly on pituitary lactotrophs; pulsatile dosing drives LH/FSH release to mimic natural hypothalamic rhythm.
Key Benefits
- Synthetic GnRH — stimulates pituitary LH/FSH release
- Axis-level support rather than direct testicular stimulation
- Subcutaneous dosing, frequent small doses
- Cleaner HPTA restart signal than HCG alone
- Short half-life requires multiple daily doses
- Each unit dosed at 2 mg — see Recommended Dosage below for protocol-specific intake
Recommended Dosage
Research dosing: 100 mcg SubQ 2–3× daily, or pulse-dosing protocols mimicking natural GnRH rhythm. Cycles variable — often 4–8 week courses during PCT.
How It Works
Synthetic 10-amino-acid peptide identical to endogenous GnRH. Binds pituitary GnRH receptors, triggering pulsatile LH/FSH release. Continuous infusion would paradoxically suppress the axis — pulsatile dosing preserves receptor sensitivity.
Pharmacokinetics
Plasma half-life approximately 10–40 minutes — extremely short. Multiple daily SubQ doses required. Reconstituted stable fridge 4–6 weeks.
Potential Side Effects
Injection-site reactions. Headache possible. No documented HPTA downregulation at pulse-dosing regimens. Very clean safety profile at research doses.
Cycle & Stacking Guide
PCT-adjacent support, 4–8 weeks at 100 mcg 2–3× daily. Alternative or adjunct to HCG for restarting suppressed HPTA.
Manufacturer Notes
Canada Peptides has a long track record in the research-peptide space. HPLC data on request; lyophilised format ships stable without cold-chain shipping requirements.
Storage & Handling
Store at recommended temperature (15–25°C; peptides and HGH at 2–8°C after reconstitution). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. For research and educational purposes only.
