Description

CJC-1295 5 mg Bio-Peptide — CJC-1295 / Mod GRF 1-29 from Bio-Peptide at 5 mg. Stabilised GHRH analog; pair with ipamorelin for complementary pituitary stimulation (GHRH + GHRP).

Key Benefits

  • GHRH analogue — triggers endogenous GH pulses
  • Two variants: no-DAC (pulsatile) and with-DAC (sustained release)
  • Does not suppress HPTA — works on a separate axis
  • Stacks synergistically with GHRP-class peptides
  • Subcutaneous administration, no oil carrier required
  • Each unit dosed at 5 mg — see Recommended Dosage below for protocol-specific intake

Recommended Dosage

Research dosing: no-DAC 100 mcg 2–3× daily SubQ; with-DAC 1–2 mg once weekly. Stack with a GHRP (ipamorelin 100–200 mcg) for amplified pulse. Cycles 8–12 weeks.

How It Works

Modified growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue with tetra-substitution improving half-life and receptor selectivity. Triggers pulsatile pituitary GH release. DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) variant adds an albumin-binding moiety dramatically extending circulating half-life.

Pharmacokinetics

No-DAC: plasma half-life ~30 minutes — sharp pulse peak. With-DAC: albumin-bound half-life ~8 days — sustained elevation rather than pulses. Choice depends on whether protocol wants physiological pulsing or steady state.

Potential Side Effects

Mild water retention possible at high doses. No HPTA effect. With-DAC variant can produce sustained IGF-1 elevation — monitor like HGH (IGF-1 at week 8). Injection-site reactions minor.

Cycle & Stacking Guide

8–12 weeks. Stack with ipamorelin 100 mcg 2–3× daily for synergistic pulse. Store reconstituted vial 2–8 °C for 4–6 weeks. No PCT required.

Manufacturer Notes

Bio-Peptide produces research peptides with published HPLC purity data. Lyophilised powder in amber-glass vials; reconstitute with bacteriostatic water before use.

Storage & Handling

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) form: stable at 2–8 °C in the sealed vial for the duration printed on the label. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, store reconstituted solution at 2–8 °C and use within 30 days. Do not freeze reconstituted peptide — ice crystals denature the molecule. Keep out of reach of children. For research and educational purposes only.
